We do our best to ensure that the information on our site is accurate.

DELIVERY
Postage prices quoted are to addresses in the UK only. Parcels are dispatched twice weekly so please allow 10 working days for delivery, though we will aim to have the items with you before then.

RETURNS POLICY
Online Returns
​
​Alongside your UK statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015), customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen working days from the date of delivery.

If you wish to cancel your purchase within the fourteen-working-day cooling-off period, you must contact us by email at fmwildart.co.uk and return the item within a further fourteen days of contacting us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty.

​Items returned to us for exchange or refund must be unused and returned in their original condition. Please include your order details and your reason for returning and send the item to FM WildArt, 1 Craigview, Sauchie, Alloa FK10 3HE. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage, as without this we will be unable to assist you further. We will email you to let you know when your refund or your replacement order has been processed.

​If you have been sent a product in error or it is faulty, we will refund the postage and packaging charges you pay to return that product. In order for us to do so, please ensure you provide a copy of your receipt detailing the charges.
​
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
